You can prepare a special treat lunch by bringing in the slices of good and hard salami, some cheese slices and a hunk of baguette. It is effortless and dignified at the same time, also very French.

Have a small cutting board ready and keep a small and sharp knife for slicing. Also feel free to throw in some olives or nuts, and you are ready as ever.

There is always someone at work who has an avocado in their bag and they figure out the rest later. It is a versatile edible, it only needs a couple ingredients to make it a complete meal. Here are some suggestions:
